Add-on troubleshooting

Panel missing, sign-in not completing, a fix that seems not to have shipped, and other common add-on problems.

No blender.farm tab in the sidebar

Press N in the 3D viewport (the tab list can also be dragged wider). Then check Edit > Preferences > Add-ons that blender.farm Render is enabled.

Connect via browser does nothing

The approval page opens in your default browser; check other windows. If you are signed out there, sign in and click the button again. Press Cancel in the panel to reset a stuck attempt.

Launch button is greyed out

Either the file has never been saved, or a job is already in flight. Save the file; the note above the button says which.

A fix I know shipped is not in my Blender

The installed copy is probably older than you think, especially across two Blender versions on one machine. Reinstall the current zip from /downloads into the exact Blender build you are using and restart it.

A dependency will not resolve

Use Locate on the red row and point at the real file. For VDB and cache entries pick the containing folder so the whole sequence comes along.

Upload is slow

Uploads go straight to cloud storage, so throughput is your connection's upstream. Leaving the dedup option on makes the second and later renders of the same scene dramatically faster.
