We are a small team and we answer our own support. Whether a render went wrong, a payment looks off, or you just want to know whether your scene will work here, write to us and a person reads it.
Best for anything involving your account, a specific render, billing, or a refund.
Include your render ID if you have one. It is in the URL of the job page and it tells us in one step which machine ran your scene and what it did.
Discord
Usually the fastest reply, and the right place for "will this scene work" and other Blender questions.
When you will hear back
Usually within a day, often much sooner, and faster on Discord than by email. If a render of yours is actively failing or you have been charged for something that did not work, say so in the first line and we will look at it straight away.
